GUIDELINES FOR EXHIBITORS

We welcome exhibitors at our conference. Below you will find pertinent information. If you have any questions please contact Polly Calderon at macalderon123@tamu.edu.

**University Presses/Presses are indirectly able to sell books during the conference. The Memorial Student Center will be purchasing the books, and the sell will be done directly through MSC’s Barnes&Noble (B&N). Pressers are only allowed to sell books directly to individuals if the book cannot be acquired by B&N.

 

**FREE concession permits must be submitted 2 to 3 business days before the event**

All Vendors who want to participate should let us know as soon as possible

     a.   Presses:

           i.   Deadline: Mid-End of December

          ii.   Must provide a list of books they want to "promote" by December 28, 2016. MSC will order the books to sell at the conference.

     b.   Non-press vendors

           i.   Deadline : December 20, 2016

          ii.   Should provide a description of the items they are going to be selling.
